- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of chili powder

Trim the ends of the shishito peppers and make a vertical cut on each.

Slice the satsuma-age into 5mm thick pieces.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shishito peppers and satsuma-age, and stir-fry until softened.
