Main Ingredients
- 20g dried baby sardines
- 15 shiso leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
步驟

Remove stems from shiso leaves and chop them finely.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and sauté the dried baby sardines briefly.

Add the chopped shiso leaves and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cook until the liquid is almost evaporated.
