Main
- 10 shiso leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
步驟
Remove the stems from the shiso leaves and chop them finely.
Heat sesame oil in a small pot over medium-low heat. Add the chopped shiso leaves and sauté until softened.
Add all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, garlic) and mix well. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and reduces by half.
Turn off the heat and mix in the toasted white sesame seeds.
