- 50g daikon, shredded
- 🥕 30g carrot, shredded
Seasoning
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water

Thinly slice daikon and carrot lengthwise, then shred them into thin strips.

Cut bacon into thin strips.

Add daikon, carrot, bacon, and seasoning ingredients into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then cover and simmer on low heat for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
