- 🍤 120g peeled shrimp

- 🌱 3 stalks asparagus (60g)

- 150cc olive oil

- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sliced chili

步驟
Trim the ends of the asparagus, peel the tough parts with a peeler, and cut into 3cm pieces. Slice the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the core, and crush with the side of a knife.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse under water, and pat dry.
In a pot, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili. Heat over low heat until fragrant. Add asparagus and shrimp, and simmer over medium heat for 3–5 minutes until the asparagus is cooked through.
