- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥬 100g spinach, chopped
Dairy
- 🧈 40g salted butter
- 🥛 300cc milk
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

Cut avocado into 2cm cubes and slice the onion.

Wash and boil spinach for 1-2 minutes, then chop into 3cm pieces.

Clean shrimp and remove the vein.

Sauté onion and shrimp in butter until softened, then add flour and cook until no longer powdery.

Add milk, consomme, salt, and pepper, stirring until thickened. Mix in avocado and spinach.

Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster for 6-8 minutes until golden.
