- 🦐 6 peeled shrimp (90g)
Vegetables
- 100g bamboo shoot (water-packed)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli (125g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 150cc olive oil
- Sliced chili to taste
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
步驟
Cut the bamboo shoot: slice the root into 5mm thick half-moon shapes and the tip into wedges. Separate broccoli into small florets, peel the stem, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Microwave broccoli with 1 tbsp water for 90 seconds at 600W, then drain. Slice garlic in half, remove the core, and crush with the flat side of a knife.
In a small frying pan, heat olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and bamboo shoot, cooking over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until shrimp changes color. Add broccoli and cook for another minute.
