- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (80g), diced
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 🥕 1/4 carrot (50g), thinly sliced
- 1/4 yellow bell pepper, cut into stars
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Pastry
- 1 frozen pastry sheet (20cm x 20cm)
- 🧈 5g salted butter for greasing
- 🧈 10g salted butter for frying
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 100ml heavy cream
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper for egg mixture
步驟
Massage peeled shrimp with sake in a bowl.
Dice the potato into 1cm cubes and soak in water to remove excess starch.
Cut broccoli into small florets and prepare the stem as the tree trunk. Slice carrot thinly and cut into star shapes. Dice leftover carrot and yellow bell pepper.
Roll out the pastry sheet and line a tart pan greased with butter. Trim excess dough and prick the base with a fork.
Microwave broccoli and star-shaped carrot in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W.
Heat butter in a frying pan over low heat and sauté diced potato until tender.
Add diced carrot and yellow bell pepper to the pan and cook until softened. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper.
Mix egg, cream, grated cheese, and salt and pepper in a bowl to create the egg mixture.
Fill the tart pan with sautéed ingredients and pour the egg mixture over them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
Arrange broccoli as a Christmas tree on the baked quiche and decorate with carrot and yellow bell pepper stars. Bake again at 180°C for 10 minutes.
