Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seafood
- 🍤 100g peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 3 boiled eggs, roughly chopped
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt for onion
Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 🍬 2 pinches sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
步驟
Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp, rub with sake, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Separate the broccoli into small florets.
Thinly slice the onion and rub with salt. Rinse and squeeze out excess water.
Boil water in a pot, add broccoli, and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes. Cool in cold water and drain.
In the same pot, boil the shrimp for about 30 seconds until they turn red and are cooked through. Drain and cool.
Roughly chop the boiled eggs.
Mix the boiled eggs, onion, and sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Arrange the broccoli and shrimp on a plate and drizzle with the tartare sauce.
