- 🍤 120g of peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥕 75g carrot, diced into small pieces
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 150cc olive oil
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sliced chili

Dice the carrots into small pieces and microwave them with 1 tablespoon water for 2 minutes at 600W. Drain the water. Crush the garlic and remove its core.

Clean the shrimp by removing the vein and pat dry.

Heat olive oil, garlic, salt, and chili in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the shrimp and carrots, cooking over medium heat until the shrimp changes color.
