Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 stalk celery with leaves
- 🌱 1 piece ginger
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning for Shrimp
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
步驟
Remove the vein from the shrimp, place them in a bowl, and mix with sake, salt, pepper, and cornstarch.
Separate the celery leaves and stalks. Peel the stalks and slice them diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut the leaves into manageable lengths. Slice the ginger thinly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add ginger, and sauté the celery until lightly coated with oil.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until the surface changes color. Add water, sake, salt, pepper, and chicken stock powder. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
