Seafood
- 🍤 60g peeled shrimp
Tofu
- 150g silken tofu
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 350ml water
Thickener
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp water

Remove the vein from the peeled shrimp. Wash them with water, pat dry, and cut into 8mm pieces.

In a pot, mix the soup base ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the shrimp and simmer on low heat for about 2 minutes.

Crumble the tofu into the pot and simmer for another 2 minutes. Add the potato starch mixture and stir to thicken the soup.

Serve in bowls and garnish with pepper and chopped green onion.
