- 🥒 1.5 cucumbers
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 1 chili pepper
Seafood
- 🍤 2 handfuls of cocktail shrimp
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp coarse salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of ground pepper
- A splash of cooking wine
- A sprinkle of sesame seeds
步驟
Prepare the shrimp by rinsing, removing tails, and seasoning with ground pepper and cooking wine to remove any fishy smell.
Slice the cucumbers thinly, about 0.2mm thick.
Salt the cucumber slices with 1/2 tbsp coarse salt and let them sit for 30 minutes.
Rinse the salted cucumbers and squeeze out excess water gently.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic until lightly white.
Add the cucumbers to the pan and stir-fry until excess moisture evaporates.
Add the shrimp to the pan and stir-fry until the shrimp's moisture evaporates slightly.
Mix in green onion, chili pepper, and 1 tsp oyster sauce. Stir well.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
