- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 30g garlic chives
- 100g bean sprouts
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
