- 150g firm tofu
- 🥚 1 egg

- 🌽 40g frozen corn

- 3 tbsp okara powder

Mash the firm tofu to remove excess moisture.

Chop the green beans into small pieces and mix with shrimp, tofu, egg, frozen corn, sake, salt, and okara powder.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat and drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan.
