- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oils & Fats
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
Liquid
- 4 tbsp pasta cooking water
步驟
Slice king oyster mushrooms thinly and mince garlic after removing its core.
Rinse peeled shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 30 seconds less than package instructions. Reserve 4 tbsp of pasta water and drain the rest.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms soften.
Add pasta water, soy sauce, and butter to the pan, mixing until combined. Toss in the spaghetti and coat evenly.
