- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍄 5 whole mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 2 sprigs parsley
Spices
- 1 whole chili
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

- 150cc olive oil
步驟
Cut the mushroom stems slightly and halve them vertically. Slice the garlic in half and remove the core. Trim the chili and remove the seeds. Chop the parsley finely.
Wash the peeled shrimp and pat them dry.
In a small frying pan, combine olive oil, garlic, chili, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the garlic aroma is released. Add shrimp and mushrooms, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes until the shrimp are cooked and mushrooms are tender.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle parsley on top.
