- 🍝 200g spaghetti
Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌱 5 okra (60g), trimmed and sliced
Dairy
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, to taste
Other
- 1 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
步驟
Rub okra with salt, rinse, trim ends, and slice into 3–4 pieces.
Wash shrimp and pat dry with paper towels.
Boil spaghetti in salted water for 1 minute less than package instructions, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, cook shrimp until color changes, add okra, stir quickly, and remove.
In the same pan, melt butter over medium-low heat, add flour, stir until smooth, then slowly add milk while stirring until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Add spaghetti, shrimp, and okra to the sauce, mix well.
Plate the pasta, garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
