- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 6 okra pods
- 🌽 60g canned corn
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour for coating
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour for batter
- 1 tbsp cornstarch for batter
Liquid
- 💧 50cc cold water
Oil
- Enough salad oil for deep frying
步驟
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse under water, and pat dry. Trim off the stems and slice into 1cm pieces.
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse under water, pat dry, and cut into thirds.
Place okra, shrimp, corn, and 2 tbsp of flour into a plastic bag. Seal and shake to coat evenly.
In a bowl, mix 5 tbsp of flour, 1 tbsp of cornstarch, and 50cc of cold water. Add the coated ingredients and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Scoop the mixture with a wooden spatula and drop into the oil. Fry for 3-4 minutes, flipping occasionally.
