- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
步驟
Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces after removing the stem.
Prepare the shrimp by making a cut along the back, removing the vein, washing, and patting dry.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Heat half the sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium heat, add the eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining sesame oil (1/2 tbsp) to the pan, heat over medium, and stir-fry the shrimp for 1-2 minutes until they change color. Add the tomato, eggs, and seasonings, then stir quickly to combine.
