- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 🧄 1 clove garlic

- 🍅 2/3 cup tomato sauce
- 5 olives
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- 3 tbsp sour cream

- 2 tbsp olive oil

步驟
Dice onion, zucchini, and bell peppers into 0.5cm cubes.
Slice olives and garlic.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic to release its aroma.
Add zucchini, onion, and bell peppers to the pan and sauté. Then add tomato sauce, olives, and balsamic vinegar.
Season with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste, creating the caponata mixture.
Toast baguette slices in a pan or oven with a drizzle of olive oil.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté shrimp with salt and pepper until cooked through.
Assemble by layering baguette, caponata, shrimp, and topping with sour cream.
