- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (360g)
Seafood
- 🦐 8 shrimp, peeled and deveined
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🥬 3 asparagus, diagonally sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🥛 100cc milk
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
步驟
Prepare the shrimp by removing the shells and deveining. Rub with a pinch of salt and some cornstarch, then rinse with water until clean. Pat dry.
Thinly slice the onion, diagonally slice the asparagus, and mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened. Add shrimp and stir-fry lightly, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add curry powder and stir-fry again. Pour in heavy cream, milk, and salt. Simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes until thickened. Add asparagus and cook until tender. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
