Main Ingredients
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 150g firm tofu
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying
Honey Mustard Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍯 1 tbsp honey
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- A dash of mustard

Wrap tofu in paper towels, place in a microwave-safe container, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes. Let it cool.

Mince the onion and shrimp.

In a bowl, combine shrimp, onion, tofu, salt, pepper, flour, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Shape the mixture using a spoon and fry in 170°C oil until golden brown.
