Salad Ingredients
- 🥗 2 handfuls salad greens
- 🦐 6 shrimp
- 🍝 160g pasta
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp tsuyu
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
步驟
Wash the salad greens and cherry tomatoes under running water, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the dressing ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, tsuyu, oligosaccharide, plum extract, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and pepper) in a bowl until well combined.
Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp olive oil, and cook the shrimp until fully cooked.
Boil water with a pinch of salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add the pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain.
Combine the pasta, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, shrimp, and dressing in a large bowl. Toss well to coat evenly.
