Vegetables

- 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
Seasoning

- 1 tbsp consomme

- To taste black pepper
- 💧 Water as needed

Wash the rice and drain the water. Mince the onion and carrot.

Add the rice, consomme, salt, pepper, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well, flatten the rice, and place the butter on top.

Spread the shrimp and minced vegetables over the rice. Start the rice cooker on the regular cooking mode.
