- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms

- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes

- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 100cc milk

- 🧄 Grated garlic, to taste
- 2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Salt, to taste

Slice the onion thinly and trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms.

In a frying pan, add butter, grated garlic, onion, and shimeji mushrooms. Sauté until softened.

Add the diced tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add shrimp and seasonings (milk, consomme, salt, pepper). Bring to a boil, then serve over cooked rice.
