Rice
- 🍚 400g cooked rice
Seafood
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Dairy
- 🥛 50cc heavy cream
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
步驟
Remove the vein from the shrimp, rinse with water, and pat dry with paper towels.
Mince the onion and garlic.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant, then add onion and sauté over medium-low heat until translucent.
Add canned tomatoes and seasonings, stir, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until they change color, then add heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
Serve the stew over cooked rice.
