Main Ingredients
- 30g vermicelli
- 🍤 6 shrimp (90g)
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g), julienned
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
步驟
Julienne the cucumber and carrot. Cut the vermicelli in half using kitchen scissors.
Peel the shrimp, remove the vein, and rinse under water.
Boil water in a pot, add vermicelli and carrot, and cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water. Reheat the pot and boil the shrimp for about 2 minutes until cooked.
Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add the cooked vermicelli, carrot, shrimp, and cucumber, then toss well.
