Shrimp
- 🍤 300g peeled shrimp
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- cornstarch as needed
- vegetable oil as needed
Mayo Yogurt Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🥛 3 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
