Vegetables
- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 3g dried wakame
Canned Goods
- 1 can water-packed tuna (70g)
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain. Drain the tuna can.

In a pot, combine water, ginger, mirin, and soy sauce. Heat over low heat until it begins to simmer. Add bamboo shoots and tuna, and simmer for 5–6 minutes.

Add the wakame and simmer briefly. Serve immediately.
