In a microwave-safe container, mix noodle sauce and water. Add bamboo shoots and wakame, then mix well. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Let the dish sit for about 10 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve in a dish, topped with ginger and sesame seeds.
