Fish
- 🐟 200g black cod fillets (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 2 slices ginger
Liquids
- 💧 150ml water
- 🍶 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
步驟
Pat dry the black cod fillets with kitchen paper.
In a frying pan, mix all ingredients except the black cod and heat over medium heat until boiling.
Place the black cod fillets into the pan and spoon the sauce over them.
Cover with a parchment paper lid and a regular lid, then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the black cod and ginger slices, then heat the sauce over medium heat until thickened.
Serve the black cod and ginger slices on a plate, and pour the thickened sauce over them.
