Meat
- 200g ground meat
Vegetables
- 4 cabbage leaves (220g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Meat Mixture Seasoning
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Soup Base
- 300ml water
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
步驟
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W. Let it cool.
Boil cabbage leaves until softened, drain, and flatten the stem area with a rolling pin.
Mix ground meat, onion, and meat mixture seasonings in a bowl until sticky. Divide into 4 portions and shape into oblong patties.
Place a meat patty on a cabbage leaf and roll tightly from the stem side. Repeat for all 4 rolls.
Place cabbage rolls seam-side down in a pot, add soup base ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
