Main
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 🥬 10cm (250g) daikon radish
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 150cc water
- 2 slices ginger
- A pinch of sliced chili
步驟
Slice the chicken breast diagonally. In a bowl, mix the chicken with 1/2 tbsp sake, then coat evenly with potato starch.
Cut the daikon radish into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until both sides are browned.
Add the daikon and sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, ponzu sauce, water, ginger, chili) to the pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
