- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 2 leaves (200g) Chinese cabbage
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water

Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all sauce ingredients (ginger, sake, sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, water) in a bowl.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook, flipping occasionally, until fully cooked.

Add the Chinese cabbage to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
