Main Ingredients
- 🍗 3 chicken wings (180g)
- 🥚 1 soft-boiled egg
- 🥒 6cm daikon (180g)
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
步驟

Cut the daikon in half lengthwise, then slice into 2cm thick pieces.

Place the seasonings, daikon, and chicken wings into the rice cooker and start the normal cooking cycle.

Once cooked, add the soft-boiled egg and leave the rice cooker on the warm setting for 15 minutes.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
