Main Ingredients
- 🍗 6 chicken wings
- 1/3 daikon radish
- 🥚 3 eggs
Seasoning
- 💧 400ml water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2/3 tsp dashi powder

Boil water in a pot and cook eggs for 10 minutes. Peel the shells.

Cut the daikon into 2cm thick slices, then halve each slice.

Add all seasoning ingredients (★) into a rice cooker and mix well. Place daikon, chicken wings, and boiled eggs inside. Start cooking.
