Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillets (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves napa cabbage
- 15g julienned ginger
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 3 tbsp water
步驟
Cut the napa cabbage in half lengthwise, then into 3cm-wide pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Sprinkle salt (not listed in ingredients) on both sides of the cod and let it sit for 3 minutes. Pat dry with a paper towel.
In a frying pan, mix the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) with the ginger. Bring to a boil.
Place the cod in the center of the pan and arrange the napa cabbage around it. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
