- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 300g daikon radish
- 1/4 daikon leaves, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Broth
- 💧 250cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 slices ginger
步驟
Cut the daikon leaves into 1cm pieces. Peel the daikon radish, cut into quarters lengthwise, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the daikon radish and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, then add the remaining broth ingredients. Reduce to medium-low heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until the daikon is tender.
Add the daikon leaves and mix lightly. Serve warm.
