    • 1 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 💧 200ml water

Slice the daikon into 1cm thick pieces after cutting it lengthwise into quarters. Remove the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and cut them in half diagonally.

In a microwave-safe container, combine the daikon, shiitake mushrooms, and all the seasonings. Mix well and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave at 600W for 10 minutes.

Remove the plastic wrap, stir the mixture, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to cool slightly.
