- 🐟 200g frozen flounder fillets
Vegetables
- 1 piece of ginger
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200ml water
步驟
Slice ginger into three thin pieces and julienne the rest.
Rinse frozen flounder fillets under running water and pat dry.
Combine sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water, and ginger slices in a pot. Heat over medium until boiling.
Add flounder fillets to the pot and spoon the broth over them until the surface changes color. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Uncover and spoon the broth over the fillets while simmering for another 5 minutes to reduce the liquid.
Plate the flounder, drizzle with the reduced broth, and garnish with julienned ginger.
