Main Ingredients
- 🥓 60g block bacon
- 🥔 2 new potatoes (300g)
- 1 tsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme
- 💧 100cc water
Finishing Touch
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Wash the new potatoes thoroughly, cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on, and soak them in water. Drain the water.
Cut the block bacon into 1.5cm thick sticks.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and sauté until lightly browned. Add the potatoes and stir until coated with oil.
Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, consomme, and water). Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
