Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) fried tofu
- 🧅 1 onion (200g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 150 ml water
步驟
Cut the onion into wedges by slicing it vertically into six equal parts.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it into 1 cm wide strips.
In a microwave-safe container, mix all the seasonings (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the onion and fried tofu, ensuring the tofu is well coated. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Let the dish cool with the wrap still on to allow flavors to meld.
