- 🐖 160g thinly sliced pork belly
Noodles
- 40g glass noodles
Vegetables
- 🥕 40g julienned carrot
- 🧅 4 stalks green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- 💧 200cc water

Julienne the carrot and cut the green onion into 3cm pieces.

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.

In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasonings (sake, yakiniku sauce, and water) and add the glass noodles. Layer the pork and carrot on top, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 6-8 minutes until the pork is cooked.

Add the green onion, cover again, and let sit for 2 minutes before mixing.
