- 🐟 4 cleaned sardines (360g)
Condiments
- 2 umeboshi plums
- 1 piece of ginger, sliced
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200 ml water

Pat the sardines dry with kitchen paper.

Remove the pits from umeboshi and slice the ginger thinly.

Mix the seasoning ingredients in the pot, arrange sardines, add umeboshi and ginger, cover with parchment paper, and cook on low mode for 4 hours.
