Seafood
- 1 can (70g) canned scallops
Vegetables
- 3 turnips, peeled and quartered
- Turnip leaves, cut into 3cm pieces
Liquid
- 💧 200cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Thickener
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
步驟
Peel the turnips, quarter them, and cut the leaves into 3cm pieces.
Add turnips, water, and canned scallops (including the juice) to a pot. Heat on medium until boiling, then cover and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, and salt) and adjust the taste.
Mix water and potato starch to create a slurry, then add to the pot to thicken the sauce.
Add the turnip leaves and simmer briefly until tender.
