- 🦑 1 squid (200g)
Vegetables
- 4 taro (300g)
Broth
- 💧 150cc water
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 3 slices ginger
步驟
Peel and clean the taro. Rub with salt, rinse until water runs clear, and cut in half.
Prepare the squid by removing the innards, cartilage, and washing thoroughly. Slice the body into rings and cut the tentacles into smaller pieces.
Mix the broth ingredients (water, sugar, sake, mirin, soy sauce) in a bowl.
Place taro and squid into the pressure cooker, add the broth, and set the timer for 3 minutes.
Once cooking is complete, let it rest for 15 minutes to allow flavors to deepen.
Serve on a plate and garnish with julienned ginger.
