- 150g stem wakame
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Toppings
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 4.5g bonito flakes
步驟

Chop the stem wakame into small pieces. Heat a pot with the seasoning ingredients (mirin, sugar, soy sauce, water) until boiling.

Add the chopped stem wakame to the pot and simmer on low heat until the liquid is absorbed.

Turn off the heat and mix in white sesame seeds and bonito flakes.
