Protein
- 🍗 1 piece chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥔 1/2 potato
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Marinade
- A pinch of pepper
- A splash of rice wine
步驟
Soak chicken breast in milk for 10 minutes to remove odor, then cut into bite-sized pieces and marinate with pepper and rice wine.
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water to remove starch. Sauté in a pan with oil until translucent.
Add water to the pan just enough to cover the potatoes and simmer until they are fully cooked.
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry together with the potatoes.
Mix 1/2 tbsp soy sauce with 1/3 cup water and pour into the pan. Add 1/2 tbsp oligosaccharide and simmer. If using soaked glass noodles, add them now.
Once the sauce thickens, sprinkle sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
