Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥓 4 strips of bacon
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- Chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
步驟
Prepare the ingredients. Chop the onion and bacon into bite-sized pieces.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt until well mixed.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over high heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt, stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry for 3 minutes until cooked.
Push the cooked bacon and onion to one side of the pan. Reduce heat to low and pour in the beaten eggs.
Gently scramble the eggs until soft and creamy.
Mix the scrambled eggs with the bacon and onion. Season with black pepper.
Add chopped green onion and mix well. Serve immediately.
